Two standard training protocols are provided: 12 sessions or 15 sessions.
(almost all training can be accomplished in 12 sessions)

Unlimited custom training protocols

Training sessions are 3, 4 or 5 times a week.

Each session is approximately 1 hour long.

Training is conducted either in a group or individually. This depends on both the clients choice and the circumstances.

Most clients will find that annual or semi-annual tune-ups are desired. It is recommended that students participate in full training annually or bi-annually at a minimum, as subjects taught from year to year can have many different concepts and the tune-ups sharpen their ability to grasp them.
